Honda has officially introduced the all-new compact SUV model, Elevate. The car will be first launched in India and then in other international markets. Honda Elevate will compete with the best-selling compact SUVs like Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor, and Toyota Hyryder.
The length x width x height dimensions of the Honda Elevate are 4,312 x 1,719 x 1,650 (mm) and the wheelbase is 2,650 mm. The ground clearance is 220 mm.
Honda Elevate features beautiful headlights combined with LED daytime running lights, prominent front and rear bumpers, front and rear skid plates, black-painted pillars, roof rails, body cladding, shark fin antenna, rear spoiler, sunroof, and sleek taillights. The rear door has a sharp design, enhancing the presence of the SUV on the road.
Inside the cabin, Honda Elevate is equipped with outstanding features such as an infotainment system with a large 10.25-inch touchscreen, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, wireless charging, ventilated seats, premium fabric upholstery, interior ambient lighting, automatic air conditioning, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob.
Elevate is developed on the same platform as the 5th generation Honda City sedan. The new compact SUV will use the new 1.5L petrol engine, generating a maximum power of 121 PS and a peak torque of 145 Nm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual transmission and a CVT gearbox.
