At the time of launch, the Peugeot 3008 is available with an all-electric powertrain called E-3008 (a mild-hybrid version will be launched soon). The car is developed on the STLA Medium platform developed by Stellantis, the group that owns Peugeot, and will be available in two versions – Allure and GT. The Peugeot E-3008 2024 will have 3 options for electric drivetrains.

The first drivetrain option includes a 73-kilowatt-hour nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) battery pack and an electric motor with a power output of 210 horsepower and a peak torque of 343 Nm, giving the car an estimated range of about 525 km on a full charge.

The next option is a dual-motor setup using the same 73 kWh battery pack and an electric motor placed at the front as in the previous variant, but it is supplemented with an additional 111-horsepower electric motor at the rear, resulting in a combined power output of 320 horsepower. The estimated range for this variant is also about 525 km.

Finally, there is a long-range version with a 98 kWh battery pack and a front-mounted electric motor producing 230 horsepower and 343 Nm of torque. This variant has a range of up to 700 km on a full charge.

The car offers several driving modes, including a 4WD mode on the dual-motor variant, which distributes power to all four wheels when the road is slippery, but only up to a speed of 135 km/h.

With DC fast charging mode, the new E-3008 can charge from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes and less than 30 minutes for the long-range variant.

The overall dimensions of the Peugeot E-3008 2024 are 454 x 189 x 164 (cm). The exterior of the Peugeot E-3008 2024 applies the advanced design language of Peugeot with slimmer headlights and a daytime running light strip consisting of three LED bars surrounding the grille. The E-3008 comes standard with Pixel LED headlights.

Other highlights include alloy wheels, glossy black trim on the lower body, and rear side windows that are more inclined than the current Peugeot 3008.

The roof and pillars are painted black with chrome accents that highlight the sloping roofline, which is a core design feature of the new generation. Peugeot describes the E-3008 as a “fastback SUV”, borrowing the term from the larger 408 crossover, but most people will recognize it as a coupe SUV.

The new independent 21-inch curved panoramic screen combines the digital instrument cluster, HUD, and touchscreen into a single large display above the small traditional steering wheel.
