V-Strom 250 2023 has several differences compared to the “SX” version, with the use of round halogen headlight cluster bringing a more retro effect. In addition, the 2-in-1 exhaust pipe design is compact with a special structure to increase power and reduce emissions into the environment.
The bike is equipped with a high windshield, a full LCD instrument cluster displaying all parameters including ABS indicator light, rpm position… V-Strom 250 2023 also features a convenient 12V charging port for charging smartphones when needed. The bike also comes with hand protection shields, and the tail section is designed with a pre-installed position for attaching additional luggage boxes (additional accessories purchased).
Suzuki did not disclose the technical specifications of the front fork and rear mono-shock, but the seat height on the V-Strom 250 SX is 835 mm, and the ground clearance is at 205 mm.
Compared to the 800 mm seat height and 165 mm ground clearance of the Gixxer 250, the V-Strom 250 has slightly higher dimensions than its 250cc siblings.
Suzuki V-Strom 250 2023 is equipped with a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, with corresponding tire sizes of 100/90 and 140/70 respectively. The fuel tank has a capacity of 12 liters, while the V-Strom 250 weighs 167 kg, slightly heavier than the 161 kg of the Gixxer 250.
In terms of engine performance, the V-Strom 250 has similar power to the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 and Gixxer 250, thanks to the use of a single-cylinder, SOHC, 249cc liquid-cooled engine provided with EFI fuel injection system.
Combined with a 6-speed gearbox and chain drive, the V-Strom 250 engine produces a maximum power of 26.5 horsepower at 9,300 rpm and a maximum torque of 22.2 Nm at 7,300 rpm.
