The trend in India is buzzing with the news that Hyundai is preparing to launch the Creta facelift early next year. Recently, the Korean car manufacturer has been conducting tests of the Creta facelift in various markets. The upgraded version of the Hyundai Creta promises to bring many changes to increase its competitive advantage in the compact SUV segment.
The latest spy photos of the Creta facelift reveal new design details. Notable changes include redesigned split headlights with inverted L-shaped LED daytime running lights, a new roof rack, and alloy wheels.
The rear of the car stands out with a new H-shaped taillight cluster, along with a redesigned rear bumper, blacked-out B-pillars, and a refined trunk lid. These enhancements will give the Creta a fresh and distinctive look, setting it apart from its competitors.
As you may know, Hyundai has a tradition of providing generous features and amenities for its models, and the Creta facelift may be no exception. Inside the cabin, the Creta facelift is expected to receive a range of upgrades, including a larger infotainment system with improved connectivity features, an improved layout of the control panel, and possibly a digital instrument cluster.
In addition, advanced safety features such as automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assist are predicted to be part of the Creta’s upgraded safety package. Furthermore, the new Creta will come standard with six airbags.
Details about the available powertrain options for the Hyundai Creta facelift have not been revealed yet. However, it is highly likely that the car will continue to be offered with a range of petrol and diesel engines. These may include a naturally aspirated 1.5L petrol engine (115 PS / 144 Nm), a turbocharged 1.5L petrol engine (160 PS / 253 Nm), and a 1.5L diesel engine (115 PS / 250 Nm).
