Recently, Binh Thuan province organized a Kite Festival combined with a supercar exhibition and parade that attracted a large number of participants. The highlight of the event was the presence of a fleet of luxury cars, supercars with a value of up to hundreds of billion VND, including some rare cars in Vietnam.
According to research, this convoy of cars started from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Thuan, with many cars coming from other provinces and cities such as Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Ninh Thuan, Tien Giang, and An Giang.
Attending this event, Hoang Kim Khanh, a tycoon, drove a Ferrari 488 Pista Spider worth nearly 40 billion VND. This is the first 488 Pista Spider to be present in Vietnam and also the first car with a white license plate.
Next is the Lamborghini Aventador S, a familiar supercar of the beauty industry tycoon. Compared to a year ago, the exterior of the car has changed with the removal of some carbon fiber details such as the hood and spoiler to restore it to its original state.
Also in yellow paint, but the Ferrari SF90 Stradale of a businessman from Hai Duong province stands out with the license plate 886.68. The car was purchased from the official dealer and is the first SF90 convertible with a white license plate in Vietnam, with an estimated price of around 40 billion VND.
The million-dollar hypercar McLaren Senna cannot be absent from this event, but it was driven by someone else instead of Hoang Kim Khanh. It can be said that this is one of the few hypercars in Vietnam that is frequently seen on the streets and on tours.
The presence of the hundred-billion car fleet in Binh Thuan is even more special with the first appearance of a Ferrari 488 GTB modified by Mansory × Pogea Racing. The owner of this “super horse” also owns a rare Lamborghini Aventador SV Coupe.
As powerful as the new generation, the Novitec-modified Ferrari F8 Tributo has a gentler appearance with carbon fiber side vents, front lip, side skirts, and rear wing. The most expensive modification is the N-Largo rearview mirror priced at over 200 million VND.
Impressive as well is the McLaren 720S of the Saigon tycoon, upgraded with the limited Novitec N-Largo package of only 15 units worldwide. The widebody modification alone costs over 2 billion VND.
Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster 2018, the only one in Vietnam that has appeared in Phan Thiet many times, as it was once in a batch of cars cleared by the Novaland Group. The value of this convertible sports car is currently over 7 billion VND.
The McLaren 650S Spider with an added wing and a blue exterior along with the beautiful license plate 51F-997.97. This supercar has an impressive history as it has passed through the hands of two famous car enthusiasts, Minh “Nhua” and Cuong Do La.
In addition to the car owners, some cars owned by the owners of reputable car businesses in Ho Chi Minh City also appeared. A typical example is the Porsche 911 GT3 2022, formerly owned by Cuong Do La, which was driven by the showroom owner to the event.
In addition, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster, which was recently moved from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City for the owner of the used car showroom to use for this trip. The car is worth nearly 20 billion VND after changing ownership several times.
Three different Mustangs with three completely different looks, including the Mustang Convertible of a tycoon from Can Tho, the Mustang EcoBoost of a tycoon from Dong Nai, and the Shelby GT-modified Mustang of a car enthusiast from Ninh Thuan, added diversity to the fleet of hundred-billion cars.
The formidable duo of Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator from Ho Chi Minh City also joined the event.
Other cars worth billions in this collection include:
– The Subaru BRZ sports car with a license plate from Binh Phuoc.
– The RAM 1500 TRX with a license plate from Tien Giang, worth nearly 8 billion VND.
– The Bentley Mulsanne and Bentley Bentayga owned by Hoang Kim Khanh and his wife.
– The Bentley Bentayga with a license plate from Binh Thuan.
– The Wraith Rolls-Royce, a rare car in Vietnam.
– The trio of Porsche 911 cars, one of which is a Carrera and another is a Targa, driven by the owner of the showroom.
– The Mercedes-AMG G 63 in gold, a very rare car in Vietnam, driven by a car enthusiast from An Giang, along with two other G 63s owned by tycoons from Saigon and Dong Nai.
These are just a few of the highlights of the event, which showcased an impressive collection of luxury cars and supercars worth hundreds of billions of VND.
