Recently, the prototype test version of the KIA Sonet Facelift was spotted on the test run in India. This is the first time the KIA Sonet Facelift has been revealed, so the car is disguised very carefully.
However, we can still notice significant differences compared to the current version as KIA has applied significant design changes similar to what we have seen on the new Morning model (or called Picanto in some markets).
Regarding the transmission system, we do not expect many changes compared to the current version, except for minor adjustments to make the engine operate more efficiently.
Inside the cabin, based on the interior of the recently launched Morning model, we can expect the KIA Sonet Facelift to receive a larger screen for the infotainment system as well as a new technical gauge cluster. The exact release date of the KIA Sonet Facelift is not yet known, but it is likely to be introduced in India in early 2024.
