After more than 3 months of wandering on the roads of China-Mongolia, recently, the tycoon from Hai Phong continues to bring the superb Porsche 911 Dakar worth over 16 billion VND across the snowy roads at the city of Cap-Nhi-Tan.

The city of Cap-Nhi-Tan in Heilongjiang province is known as the “city of ice”. It is one of the places where young people often go during the winter.

It can be said that not everyone has the courage like this Hai Phong tycoon, who dared to bring a sports car worth over 16 billion VND on a journey of tens of thousands km from Vietnam to China, to the Gobi Desert. This offroad supercar has overcome many roads, from desert to snow, mountain climbing, and even water crossing.

The Porsche of the Hai Phong tycoon was brought back to Vietnam in August. This is the first genuine 911 Dakar in Vietnam and one of the 2500 cars produced worldwide.

This car has the serial number 1904. This number coincides with the birthdate of the car owner.

Porsche 911 Dakar is developed based on the platform of the standard 911 Carrera but has been upgraded to be able to move on different terrains. Porsche has refined the suspension system of the car, increased the ground clearance of the car by 80 mm compared to the regular 911 versions, reaching 200 mm.

When activating the Off-road High Level mode, the ground clearance of the car will increase by an additional 30 mm. Thanks to that, this car brings the ground clearance as well as the maneuvering angles on the terrain no less than regular SUV models, helping the car overcome speed bumps, road humps without worrying about getting stuck. This mode will be automatically turned off when the car operates over 170 km/h.

This car owns many personalized details according to the car owner such as: signature on the door sill, additional rollover protection frame, roof rack, daytime LED lighting roof rack, and some other accessories for offroad travel.

Providing power for the Porsche 911 Dakar is a 3.0L 6-cylinder boxer engine with a capacity of 473 horsepower and a torque of 570 Nm, accompanied by an 8-speed PDK automatic transmission and AWD drivetrain. With this power, the car can accelerate to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 240 km/h.
