Just a few days after the Toyota Camry 2025 was debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2023, the Japanese automaker also unveiled the new Camry model for the Chinese market at the Guangzhou International Auto Show 2023.
Despite the variations in the front fascia depending on the version, both Camry models share a similar overall design. Buyers can choose between a sportier honeycomb grille design or a more subtle cross-shaped design.
Moving to the rear, the Chinese version of the Camry has a sportier appearance with a black trim connecting the taillights.
The interior of both Camry models also feature different central control layouts. One notable difference is the air conditioning control system. While the American Camry uses a traditional button layout, the Chinese Camry uses a more modern touchscreen display.
In the Chinese market, the Camry 2025 continues to offer petrol engine options and two hybrid powertrains. The petrol engine is a naturally aspirated 2.0L, while the hybrid powertrains use a 2.0L and 2.5L engine.
Currently, Toyota has not released power specifications for the Chinese version of the Camry. Furthermore, the pricing for the Camry has also not been disclosed.
