Accordingly, starting from November 9th, 2023, residents of Vientiane and international tourists visiting Laos can easily book Green SM taxis through the Green SM Laos app on the App Store and Play Store, just like other ride-hailing companies. Customers can also hail a taxi directly on the street. Information about the route and fare will be disclosed and transparent for each trip.

For now, Green SM Laos will be using the VinFast VF 5 Plus model, which is painted in the trademark green color (cyan) of the brand and operated in the capital city of Vientiane.
