According to the announcement, the listed price of VF 7 ranges from 850 to 999 million dong (Base and Plus versions, excluding batteries). Thanks to a 100% first registration fee exemption, along with a 30 million dong discount on the selling price (for pioneering customers who make a deposit before 24:00 on December 30, 2023), the on-the-road price of VF 7 is lower than the listed price. Specifically, the VF 7 Base has an on-the-road price of 842 million dong, the lowest in the C-SUV segment. With the Plus version, which has twice the power and outstanding ADAS driving support system and smart features, the VF 7 has an on-the-road price starting from 991 million dong. VinFast will officially start accepting VF 7 car deposits from 12:00 on December 2, 2023.
VinFast VF 7 has two versions: Base and Plus, designed in the “Asymmetric Aerospace” language by Torino Design (Italy), embodying freedom, technology, style, and personality.
The front and rear of the car are highlighted by the distinctive VinFast LED strip lights shaped like wings. The coupe-style sloping roof, large wheel arches, and 20-inch alloy wheels contribute to its powerful and sporty appearance.
With a length of 4,545mm (wheelbase 2,840mm), width of 1,890mm, height of 1,635.75mm, and ground clearance of 190mm, the VF 7 has a spacious and luxurious interior with premium leather seats.
The VF 7 is designed for the driver, with interior highlights including a large 12.9-inch touchscreen entertainment system, a heads-up display information system on the windshield, a unique D-cut steering wheel with two-tone color, and a elegantly designed piano-like gear shift buttons.
To increase personalization, VF 7 offers 6 exterior color options and 2 interior color options, with the Plus version featuring two-tone interior colors to suit each individual’s personality, style, and preferences. In addition, users can also choose the Panorama panoramic glass roof (Plus version) for a luxurious feeling and superior experience compared to the C segment.
In terms of performance, VinFast equips the VF 7 Plus version with two electric motors with a total maximum power of up to 260 kW (equivalent to 349 horsepower), a maximum torque of 500 Nm, and a full-time two-wheel drive system, making it the most powerful machine in its segment. Combined with a 75.3 kWh battery pack, the car can travel a maximum distance of up to 431 km/full charge (according to WLTP standards).
Meanwhile, the VF 7 Base version is equipped with a single electric motor with a maximum power of 130 kW (equivalent to 174 horsepower), a maximum torque of 250 Nm, and a 59.6 kWh battery pack, with a maximum distance of 375 km/full charge (according to WLTP standards). While the Plus version will meet the maximum speed passion and long-distance travel needs, the Base version will be a stylish and flexible choice for urban roads.
In terms of safety features, the car is equipped with 8 airbags and a full range of advanced active safety systems such as anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), emergency brake assist (BA), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), hill start assist (HSA), roll stability control (ROM), etc. In particular, the Plus version is equipped with an advanced ADAS driving support system with 11 basic features and 15 advanced features. At the time of delivery, the VF 7 will have basic ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, rear-cross traffic alert, blind spot warning, door open warning, emergency automatic front braking, 360-degree camera system, etc. Other features will be updated for free by VinFast remotely in 2024.
