For the first time in the history of the prestigious Red Dot Awards, Ferrari has claimed the highest honor in two separate categories. The Ferrari Purosangue was honored with the Red Dot: Best of the Best in the Product Design category, and the Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo was unanimously voted Red Dot: Best of the Best in the Creative Product category.
In addition, another Red Dot award was presented to the 296 GTS, the first folding hardtop from Maranello equipped with a V6 plug-in hybrid engine. Ferrari has won a total of 26 Red Dot awards – a number no other car brand has come close to achieving in the 69-year history of the awards.
As one of the most significant and prestigious design awards in the industrial design field, the Red Dot Awards honor excellence and innovation in the work of leading designers worldwide.
For the past 9 years, the highest “Best of the Best” awards have been awarded by the judges to the iconic Prancing Horse vehicles. After the FXXK, 488 GTB, J50, Portofino, Monza SP1, SF90 Stradale, and Ferrari Daytona SP3, it is the turn of the Ferrari Purosangue and Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo to be recognized this year for their outstanding designs.
Especially, the 4-door 4-seater Purosangue will soon be officially introduced in Vietnam by Ferrari’s partner, Supreme Auto, this year. The Ferrari Purosangue has created a completely new segment that allows Maranello to open up unprecedented precedents and prospects. Thanks to its modern design, it is a versatile car.
