The upgraded version of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan has been spotted while rolling near the company’s research center in Munich.

In 2015, Rolls-Royce launched the Cullinan – the company’s first SUV. In the following years, the Cullinan quickly became the best-selling product of the brand. Now, this important model is being prepared for a mid-life upgrade with minor changes to the exterior.

Recently, the upgraded version of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan was spotted while undergoing testing near the company’s research and development center in Munich, Germany. The images show that the SUV has a smaller front grille, the chrome trim has been removed, and LED strips have been added. The headlights have been made smaller with modified graphics on the inside. The side air vents have been expanded, while the central air vent has been made smaller and the chrome strip has been removed.

At the rear, the upper trim on the rear bumper has been modified with significantly larger chrome dual exhaust pipes. This indicates that the Cullinan is still a model that uses an internal combustion engine, at least for a few more years.

Until now, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan remains one of the most powerful SUVs in the world. Therefore, it is highly likely that the new version has not been upgraded in terms of engine specifications. Currently, the Cullinan is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 engine, producing a power of 563 horsepower in its standard form, or 591 horsepower in the more sporty Black Series version. This may be the last SUV from Rolls-Royce with an internal combustion engine, as the company has set a goal to electrify its entire product range by 2030.

Rolls-Royce has not yet announced the introduction date of the new version of the Cullinan. According to Carscoops, this model could be launched in late 2024 or early 2025.
