JLR Vietnam has officially introduced the first-ever all-new Showroom in the world, designed under the vision of “Home of the Brand”.
The design and construction process of the Showroom is supervised by Professor Gerry McGovern, Officer of the Order of the British Empire, JLR’s Creative Director, along with James Hagger, JLR’s Retail Design Director.
Located at 467 Nguyen Van Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi, the Showroom is 1,673m2 in size with unique layout and design inspired by the ripple effect that immerses customers in each brand as they experience a journey around the central area.
Outside the showroom features a modern design, seamlessly connecting with the interior space through clean and minimalistic surfaces and materials. The “wave” interior concept puts customers at the center of the experience through a more open and refined approach.
The customer reception area on the ground floor leads to the Brand Display Area where Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery showcase their unique personalities. Inspired by an art center, the exhibited vehicles are displayed like artworks.
Alistair Scott, JLR Asia Pacific Managing Director, said: “Vietnam is known as one of the fastest-growing luxury markets in Southeast Asia and this is a great opportunity for our brands. Vietnam is the first destination for this Showroom model in the region. This is also our second Showroom in Hanoi, reaffirming JLR’s commitment to this market.“
Upon arrival at the Showroom, every customer is greeted by a dedicated concierge who will guide them throughout the experiential journey. Whether it’s their first encounter with the brand or for customers who already own a Land Rover, our dedicated team of staff will deliver a personalized and exceptional experience.
