Toyota has unveiled a super cool custom Land Cruiser model at the SEMA Show 2023 in Las Vegas, US.
The custom Land Cruiser model is called the FJ Bruiser. The vehicle is based on the 1966 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup truck but has been upgraded in terms of exterior, interior, and engine.
This modified car has been completely equipped with a V8 engine borrowed from a Toyota Racing Department NASCAR racer. While the exact details have not been revealed, based on the original specifications of the racing car, the engine is capable of producing 725 horsepower. The engine is paired with a Rancho Drivetrain Engineering 3-speed automatic transmission and features a premium Magna Flow exhaust system.
The FJ Bruiser is built on a tubular frame for optimal safety. This frame is combined with an exclusive custom body and roll cage.
In addition, the car is equipped with front/rear lockers, an advanced Advanced Adapter Atlas transfer case, and a front suspension with Fox shocks.
The FJ Bruiser rides on Method Beadlock 20-inch wheels with specialized BF Goodrich Krawler T/A KX 42-inch tires, enabling the vehicle to easily traverse various terrains.
In the event of being stuck, the car can continue to operate with the help of auxiliary tracks placed under the driver’s cabin. At this point, the driver only needs to operate a button inside the cabin, without manually lowering the tracks.
