In this comeback, the car will be equipped with a fuel-efficient PHEV engine. Detailed information about the equipment for this special edition in Vietnam has not been officially announced. However, some notable technologies are expected to include the new-generation AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G 9-speed automatic transmission, high-performance AMG ceramic composite brake system with yellow brake calipers and “AMG Carbon Ceramic” characteristic black lettering, along with the handmade V8 biturbo 4.0L engine producing 816 horsepower and 1420 Nm of torque. Accompanying this engine is the intelligent variable all-wheel drive system 4MATIC+.
SL 63 still retains its sports convertible design with a 2+2 Roadster seating arrangement. The SL 63 S E PERFORMANCE model stands out with the premium carbon exterior package, accompanied by the sporty AMG 21-inch alloy wheels with matte black multi-spoke design.
