The new generation Hyundai Palisade, with the code name LX3, will receive changes in its chassis and transmission system compared to the current version. Especially, for the first time, Palisade will receive an environmentally friendly Hybrid variant. Some rumors suggest that it will feature a new 2.5L hybrid engine. In addition, Hyundai Palisade will increase in size to provide users with even more spacious and comfortable interior space.
In the current version, depending on the market, Hyundai Palisade is offered with engine options including a powerful 202-horsepower diesel and a naturally aspirated gasoline engine with power of about 250 horsepower and 295 horsepower.
In terms of design, it is difficult to know how the new generation Palisade will look like because Hyundai is currently testing the drivetrain while the exterior design of the car is still being completed in the company’s R&D center.
According to South Korean media, it is highly likely that the commercial version of the new generation Palisade will hit the road in October.
