The second-generation Hyundai Creta was launched in 2020 and quickly received positive feedback from users in many markets. The upgraded version of the Creta has been available globally since 2021, but Indian users will receive a completely new upgrade.

Following the latest design philosophy applied to global SUV models, the 2024 Hyundai Creta will feature a completely redesigned front-end inspired by the Tucson and Palisade.

Based on design renderings by KdesignAG, we can have a better idea of the changes that will be applied to the new Creta. The new headlamps will be placed vertically, with seamless integration of LED Daytime Running Lights into the radiator grille.

In addition, the front bumper and hood will also be updated. Moreover, the tail lamp graphic will be similar to the latest Venue and Grand i10 Nios. However, prototype spy shots reveal that Hyundai will apply a lighting system with an H-shaped pattern similar to the newly launched Exter and Santa Fe. Additionally, the car will also receive newly designed alloy wheels.

Other exterior changes will include redesigned rear bumper and tailgate, while new paint color options will also be added for the 2024 version.

Moving inside, the interior of the 2024 Hyundai Creta promises to have an updated dashboard and center console, infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic air conditioning, 360-degree camera system, panoramic sunroof, and more.

Advanced driving assistance technologies may include automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, forward collision avoidance assist, blind-spot collision warning, blind-spot avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, lane-following assist, and automatic headlights.

Currently, detailed information about the Hyundai Creta facelift’s drivetrain options has not been revealed, but it is likely that the car will continue to be offered with a range of gasoline and diesel engines. These will include a naturally aspirated 1.5L gasoline engine (115 PS / 144 Nm), a turbocharged 1.5L gasoline engine (160 PS / 253 Nm), and a 1.5L diesel engine (115 PS / 250 Nm).
