Despite the surprise of buying a car worth more than 7 billion VND, the Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic in 2018, after two years of buying several luxury cars, it is possible that this car is no longer present in the Phan family’s garage with the license plate 51G-675.55. The reason being is that Phan Hoang’s older brother had sold this car.

Specifically, on the afternoon of February 7, 2023, many car dealers surprised netizens when they posted the sale of Phan Thanh’s Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic, accompanied by the affirmation that the car used to belong to him. The posted images were taken in the garage of the Phan Hoang siblings’ family.

The shared images by the person selling the Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic with the license plate 51G-675.55 showed that the car has traveled a distance of 31,102 km, which means that on average, Phan Thanh has driven this car nearly 7,000 km per year (from September 2018 to February 2023).

The Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic previously owned by Phan Thanh has a white exterior with highlights such as the front grille, front bumper, side sills, and dual exhaust pipes finished in shiny chrome. Inside the cabin of this luxurious car, the seats are upholstered in cream-colored leather. The wood used for the interior trim of the Mercedes-Maybach S450 is the specialized Designo wood that is used to make pianos. Between the two business-class seats, passengers can find items such as the silver champagne flutes crafted by Robbe & Berking, a meticulously designed cup holder, an 8.5-liter refrigerator, a folding table, and an entertainment system with a Blu-ray player.

This Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic is from the older model and it is equipped with a V6 twin-turbo petrol engine with a displacement of 3.0 liters, producing a maximum power of 367 horsepower and a peak torque of 500 Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission, allowing the 2018 Mercedes-Maybach S450 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h.
