Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 is a special sports car, created by the German brand not only for city driving but also for off-road adventures. In fact, a Vietnamese millionaire even took it to the extreme, buying the first Porsche 911 Dakar limited edition in our country and embarking on a 35,000 km journey to China and Mongolia, lasting 3 months. This is truly impressive and shows the adventurous spirit of the owner.

But it doesn’t stop there. In Vietnam, there are still 2 available units of the Porsche 911 Dakar 2023, and the last one has already been spotted in a car care garage in Ho Chi Minh City. Initially, upon receiving the car from Porsche, the owner hired a tow truck to take the car directly to a beautification workshop before bringing it home.

Unlike the first two cars that were silver, the third one was chosen by the owner in white. So out of the global production of 2,500 Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 limited edition sports cars, Vietnamese millionaires now own 3, which is quite remarkable.

In addition to the white color, the exterior of the Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 newly arrived in Vietnam features several matte black details such as the front and rear bumpers, wheel arches, large single 5-spoke wheels, rear spoiler, and diffuser with sharp stainless steel cover and red brake calipers.

The price of the Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 announced by the official dealer is 15.29 billion VND, excluding additional options and taxes. However, the first car is equipped with many additional features requested by the owner, which brings the total price to over 16 billion VND, or nearly 18 billion VND after taxes and fees.

The Porsche 911 Dakar 2023’s key strength lies in its ground clearance, which is over 50 mm higher than the standard car. In addition, this car can increase the clearance by an additional 30 mm in High Level mode, which is specifically designed for off-road driving and can be activated through a knob on the steering wheel. This allows the Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 to easily navigate high-speed bumps and speed bumps without worrying about scraping the undercarriage.

The “heart” of the 23rd Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 to arrive in Vietnam and owned by a millionaire is a mysterious inline-6 twin-turbo petrol engine with a displacement of 3.0 liters. It generates a maximum power of 473 horsepower and a peak torque of 570 Nm.

This engine is combined with an 8-speed PDK automatic transmission, all-wheel drive system, and rear-wheel steering system. As a result, this sports car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reaches a limited top speed of 240 km/h.
