Until now, we have seen multiple test mules of the all-new BMW X3. The next generation of the X3 is expected to receive evolutionary changes instead of a radical overhaul compared to the current version. The new headlights, taillights, and flush-mounted door handles will be the main highlights that create the difference on the outside.
Inside the cabin, the new generation X3 is expected to have a 14.9-inch infotainment system from the brand and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, along with a flat-bottom steering wheel, simplified shifter, and new gearbox.
BMW has confirmed that the next-generation X3 will debut in 2024 with options for plug-in and mild-hybrid drivetrains, along with an all-electric iX3 model using BMW’s dedicated Neue Klasse EV platform.

While waiting for the official launch, we can get a preview of the exterior design of the 2025 BMW X3 through the renderings by Kolesa.
Compared to the current X3, the new model has a more straightened front end and the grille size remains similar. The headlights have a new shape and incorporate LED daytime running lights, while the lower front fascia has a more intricate design.
The rear of the car is designed in the style of BMW’s latest models. The car has slimmer LED taillights, relocated license plate holder, and a sporty quad exhaust system.
According to some sources, the next-generation BMW X3 is expected to be launched as a 2025 model with a slightly higher price than the current version, starting from $46,900.
