VinFast VF 7 pricing for different versions in the Vietnamese market

Specifically, the VinFast VF 7 Base version is priced at 850 million VND (not including the battery) and 999 million VND (including the battery); the Plus version is priced at 999 million VND (not including the battery) and 1.199 billion VND (including the battery).

The price of the VinFast VF 7 is not cheap compared to many cars in the segment. However, this model is exempt from registration fee, so the on-road price is quite competitive.

Below are the details of the on-road prices for different versions of the VinFast VF 7 in Vietnam (excluding the battery).

The VinFast VF 7 is designed according to the “Asymmetric Aerospace” language by Torino Design (Italy), representing freedom, technology, sophistication, and individuality.

The front and rear of the car are highlighted by the characteristic LED strip lights of VinFast. The roof slopes down in a coupe style, along with large wheel arches and 20-inch alloy wheels, contributing to a strong and sporty look.

With a length of 4,545mm (wheelbase of 2,840 mm), width of 1,890mm, height of 1,635.75mm, and ground clearance of 190 mm, the VF 7 has a spacious and luxurious interior with premium leather seats.

The VF 7 is designed with the driver in mind, with interior highlights including a large 12.9-inch touchscreen entertainment system, a Head-Up Display (HUD), a unique two-tone D-cut steering wheel, and exquisitely designed piano-like shift buttons.

To enhance personalization, the VF 7 offers 6 exterior color options, 2 interior color options, with the Plus version featuring two-tone interior colors that match the personality, style, and preferences of each individual. In addition, users can also choose the Panorama panoramic glass roof (Plus version) for a luxurious feel and superior experience compared to the C segment.

In terms of performance, VinFast equips the Plus version of the VF 7 with two electric motors with a total maximum power of up to 260 kW (equivalent to 349 horsepower), maximum torque of 500 Nm, and all-wheel drive system, making it the most powerful machine in its segment. Combined with a 75.3 kWh battery pack, the car can travel a maximum distance of up to 431 km/full charge (according to WLTP standards).

On the other hand, the Base version of the VF 7 is equipped with a single electric motor with a maximum power of 130 kW (equivalent to 174 horsepower), maximum torque of 250 Nm, and a 59.6 kWh battery pack, capable of traveling a maximum distance of 375 km/full charge (according to WLTP standards). While the Plus version will meet the maximum speed passion and long-distance travel needs, the Base version will be a stylish and flexible choice for urban roads.

In terms of safety features, the car is equipped with 8 airbags and a full range of advanced active safety systems such as anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), emergency brake assist (BA), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), hill start assist (HSA), roll-over mitigation (ROM), etc. In particular, the Plus version is equipped with an advanced ADAS driving assistance system with 11 basic features and 15 advanced features. At the time of delivery, the VF 7 will have basic ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot warning, door warning, emergency front automatic braking, 360-degree camera system… Other features will be updated by VinFast remotely free of charge in 2024.

Both versions feature the VF Connect smart service package with a range of the most advanced technologies and smart features such as a multi-region voice-interactive virtual assistant capable of interacting in Vietnamese, vehicle control and Q&A, humorous storytelling; automatic rescue call function; unauthorized intrusion monitoring and alert; real-time monitoring and display of vehicle information… These are features unique to VinFast electric cars, completely different from gasoline models in the same segment.

VinFast offers a battery leasing package of 2.9 million VND/month for a maximum travel distance of 3,000 km/month, and 4.8 million VND/month for exceeding 3,000 km. The deposit for battery leasing is 41 million VND, which will be refunded to customers when they terminate the lease agreement, return the battery to VinFast, or transfer the car and battery to another person.

The car is covered by a 10-year or 200,000 km (whichever comes first) official warranty, and the accompanying battery is covered by a 10-year warranty with unlimited mileage. In addition, customers are supported by a range of unique after-sales services specifically for VinFast electric vehicles throughout the usage period, including: Mobile Service, Mobile Charging, 24/7 Rescue, Special support for inconveniences caused by manufacturer defects, Commitment to repurchase used electric cars after 5 years… The public charging station system covers highways, urban areas, schools, hospitals, shopping centers… in all 63 provinces and cities, making it convenient and easy to use VinFast electric cars across the country.

VinFast will officially start taking deposits for the VF 7 from 12:00 PM on December 2, 2023, at VinFast showrooms, dealerships nationwide, or via the website https://reserve.vinfastauto.com. With a non-refundable deposit of 50 million VND, customers who deposit for the VF 7 before 24:00 PM on December 30, 2023, will receive a discount of 30 million VND (deducted from the car price), and will also receive free one-year public charging. Customers will not be eligible for these incentives if they transfer the deposit to another person.

It is expected that the first commercial VF 7 cars will be handed over to customers before the lunar new year.
