After a 15-day deadline from October 28, the winner of the auction for the VIP license plate “sanh rong” with the number 30K-567.89 did not fulfill their financial obligations. Therefore, the VIP license plate is being returned to the warehouse in preparation for the third auction.
Previously, in the auction session on September 15, the license plate 30K-567.89 was bid by a resident in Thanh Hoa for 13.075 billion VND. However, that person later withdrew their deposit and did not proceed with the payment to obtain the license plate.
On October 28, the VIP license plate was once again put up for auction by the Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company.
In the second auction, the license plate continued to attract a lot of attention from collectors of beautiful license plates. Just 10 seconds after the start of the auction, the value of the license plate was raised from 40 million VND to 5.555 billion VND, and the number continued to increase every minute and every second. At the end of the session, the license plate was sold for 16.57 billion VND.
After determining that the winner of the auction on October 28 withdrew their deposit, the license plate is once again put on hold for auction.
It is unclear when the third auction will take place and whether this will be the final auction for this VIP license plate. We hope that the license plate 30K-567.89 will soon find its rightful owner and return to its true value.
