The Lamborghini Revuelto Opera Unica is launched to celebrate the brand’s 60th anniversary. The supercar features a very special exterior color and is entirely handcrafted in 18 days.
Sports car brands like Lamborghini know how to make their million-dollar supercars even more unique. Earlier this year, the Italian sports car manufacturer unveiled the Huracán Sterrato Opera Unica, which took 370 hours to create with its intricate exterior paint job. And now, Lamborghini has introduced the Revuelto Opera Unica, a special edition with a distinctive paint color that took 435 hours (equivalent to 18 working days) to complete.
The Lamborghini Revuelto Opera Unica made its debut at Art Basel Miami Beach 2023. The standout feature of this supercar is its special paint color, a combination of Viola Pasifae and Nero Helene, with red and blue accents and other shades.
Inside, this special edition supercar features a dual-tone leather interior in Viola Acutus and Nero Ade, combined with colorful accents. The 60th anniversary logo is stitched onto the car’s headliner, door panels, and headrests. In addition, Lamborghini engineers have meticulously created colorful drawings on the start/stop button.
Lamborghini’s Design Director, Mitja Borkert, said: “We wanted to create something pure art using a pen and a combination of colors, as if the Revuelto is a painted artwork.” “That’s the inspiration behind this special paint color. With the hand-painted exterior, we really wanted to emphasize the aerodynamics and speed of the car.”
The Lamborghini Revuelto is equipped with a naturally aspirated V12 engine with a displacement of 6.5L, delivering a maximum power of 825 horsepower and a torque of 725 Nm. The hybrid system enables the Revuelto to reach a maximum power of 1,015 horsepower.
With its powerful engine, this supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of over 350 km/h. Furthermore, the Revuelto has 13 driving modes.
The Lamborghini Revuelto Opera Unica will be displayed at Art Basel to commemorate the brand’s 60th anniversary. Although the car’s price is not disclosed, Motor1 reports that the Revuelto Opera Unica has been sold to a famous car collector for over $1 million (over 24 billion VND).
