Recently, international media have reported that the new generation MG 3 is expected to be officially launched at the Geneva Motor Show, which will open on February 26, 2024. In addition, the right-hand drive version of the Feifan Marvel R has been unveiled and will subsequently be sold in the UK market.

The new MG 3 is expected to be equipped with a hybrid engine, thereby reducing operating costs. According to previous news, this model is expected to be launched in Europe and China next year, and is expected to be equipped with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Based on the patent images and other information, it can be seen that the new MG 3 will be equipped with the latest design style of SAIC MG, with a sophisticated headlight design with a large grille, and boomerang-shaped grilles on both sides. The air intake is visually impressive.

In terms of the bodywork, the difference compared to the current model is that the new model adopts a segmented waist design, changing the shape of the straight waist, making the overall appearance of the car more dynamic. The trend of raising the waist at the rear of the car is similar to the high-profile shape of the side moldings, creating an upward curve trend at the tail of the car.

The rear of the car adopts a new taillight design, using black taillights similar to butterfly wings, which is more in line with the aesthetic trend of current consumers. In addition, a small wind deflector design is used above the tail of the car, making the roofline more streamlined.

In terms of power, the new model will certainly retain an internal combustion engine and is expected to use a hybrid system, but the specific power combination and specifications have not been officially announced.
