Recently, the image of the 3rd Porsche 911 Dakar to come to Vietnam has spread on social media, attracting attention with its unique white exterior color – different from the previous 2 silver-colored cars. It is known that the car belongs to a famous financial expert. He is also the owner of a Youtube channel with over 700 thousand followers.

The car still has black highlights made of composite material like other cars. The interior of the car is also primarily black leather, with white stitching accents. The wheels of this 911 Dakar model remain unchanged with the Classic-style single 5-spoke design in black color, polished rim creating contrast and measuring 19 inches front wheels / 20 inches rear wheels.
Prior to receiving the car, the Saigon tycoon shared information about driving this off-road sports car to participate in a cross-continental journey from Asia to Europe with a total distance of 35,000 km. This journey starts from Vietnam, goes through China, Mongolia, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland, France, and finally stops in Germany (the headquarters of Porsche).
Porsche 911 Dakar was launched globally in late 2022. In fact, this is the off-road version of the 911 model, developed from the prototype 911 Carrera 4 GTS and to commemorate the first overall victory of the German automaker at the Paris-Dakar race in 1984. A total of 2,500 vehicles were produced worldwide, of which Vietnam was only allocated 3 vehicles.
In addition to the black plastic highlights and stainless steel protective plates on the exterior, the off-road sports car model is even more special when using Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus off-road tires, with a 9 mm deep and 2-layer reinforced steel structure on both sides. The adaptive suspension system of the car can also raise the ground clearance up to a maximum of 191 mm – equivalent to some SUV/Crossover models.

This off-road sports car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and achieve a electronically limited top speed of 240 km/h. The car uses an 8-speed PDK automatic transmission and Porsche’s all-wheel drive AWD system.

How does your car roll?
Do terms like FWD, RWD, AWD, 4WD leave you feeling confused? These are abbreviations for different types of vehicle drivetrains: Front-Wheel Drive (FWD), Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD), All-Wheel Drive (AWD), and Four-Wheel Drive (4WD). Differentiating between full-time and part-time four-wheel drive can be even more perplexing.
