Ross Wainwright, from Norwich, England, purchased a 1984 Buick Le Saber hearse for £5,000 on eBay.
With a passion for cars, he and his wife planned to transform the hearse into a perfect replica of the iconic vehicle from the 1984 movie Ghostbusters.
The total time for the transformation process was 200 working hours. Every day, the couple dedicated themselves to working on the car until 11 p.m., renovating and redesigning the exterior according to their vision.

“I told my wife, ‘this car can be converted into a Ghostbusters car.’ She wasn’t sure about it because she knew it would take a lot of effort. But I’ve always loved cars – I’m crazy about them. And I’m a big Ghostbusters fan, so I was determined to make it happen,” shared Ross Wainwright.
It is reported that the total cost of the renovation amounted to £15,000 (approximately 450 million VND), three times the amount Ross Wainwright paid to purchase the hearse.
The couple then used the unique car as a limousine for charity events, weddings, and birthdays. The car attracted attention wherever it went.
