The legendary Ferrari Enzo supercar came close to being engulfed in flames while standing next to a 1929 vintage Bentley that caught fire. The incident occurred at a recent auction event organized by RM Auctions in the United States.

The fire of the vintage Bentley caused panic among the crowd attending the auction event organized by RM Auctions. Immediately after, RM Auctions staff and a firefighter quickly extinguished the fire with a fire extinguisher.
Fortunately, after the fire incident, the rare Ferrari Enzo remained unharmed despite not being moved elsewhere. However, the famous supercar of yesteryear was covered in dust due to the fire extinguisher. The three Ferrari F40, F50, and 288 GTO supercars also suffered the same fate.

From the first day of its debut, the Ferrari Enzo made a strong impression with its powerful performance. That power comes from a 6.0-liter V12 engine. The engine is combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
The engine produces a maximum power of 651 horsepower at 7,800 rpm and a peak torque of 657 Nm at 5,500 rpm. Thanks to that, the Ferrari Enzo can accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 3.14 seconds before reaching a top speed of 363 km/h.
Named after Ferrari’s founder, Enzo incorporates many modern technologies in 2002. Notably, F1 technology, a carbon fiber body, and C/SiC compound disc brakes.
Currently, used Ferrari Enzos are being sold at very high prices, reaching millions of US dollars. Therefore, the lesson learned is not to park priceless cars like the Ferrari Enzo next to vintage Bentleys.
