Recently, Genesis, the luxury brand of Hyundai, has officially announced the mid-life facelift version for the G80 sedan model.
In this upgrade, the Genesis G80 2024 continues to apply the “Athletic Elegance” design language. The front of the car stands out with a redesigned grille combined with a pair of split headlights. The front bumper of the car is reworked to look more muscular and sporty, accompanied by prominent 20-inch wheels.
The rear of the car features a refined rear bumper and hidden exhaust system under the body.
In addition to the standard version, Genesis also introduces the G80 Sport facelift. This version stands out with a unique front bumper with powerful air intakes, accompanied by dual exhaust system with V-shaped accents at the rear of the car.
The interior of the Genesis G80 2024 is the most noticeable area of transformation. The car is equipped with a large 27-inch OLED screen. This screen is a combination of the digital instrument cluster with the infotainment system. In addition, the car is also equipped with a new control cluster and crystal gearshift.
Currently, the brand has not announced any information about the car’s transmission system. Genesis G80 2024 is likely to retain the same transmission system as before. The car will still have two options: electric and gasoline engines.
The Electric G80 is equipped with dual motors with a total output of 365 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The 87.2 kWh battery offers a range of 450 km.
Meanwhile, the gasoline version will have two engine options: 2.5L or 3.5L with a maximum power of 375 horsepower.
According to the plan, Genesis G80 2024 will be available for sale in the first half of next year. The price and transmission specifications will be announced closer to the launch date.
In Vietnam, Genesis has already officially distributed the G80 sedan model. In the future, the facelift version of this vehicle is likely to continue to be brought to the Vietnamese market.
