According to multiple sources, the production plan for the pickup truck has been prepared by the Korean automaker since 2020. Therefore, it is not just a trendy vehicle but it is well-prepared to compete with other competitors in the same segment such as the Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger.

This pickup truck has been spotted testing on the road with a camouflage wrap. Its design is inspired by the body-on-frame SUV Mohave, which is currently distributed in the North American and European markets.

However, the success of this vehicle is not high as the customer’s preference for pickup trucks is somewhat different from SUVs or sedans. Buyers tend to be loyal to certain pickup truck brands instead of trying out new ones.

For example, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, despite being designed with impressive style and smart features, still falls short compared to the Ford Maverick in the US market. Currently, there is no further information about the specifications, price, or engine of the new pickup truck.
