The compact SUV Creta, Hyundai’s strategic model in the investment portfolio in India, is preparing to receive a mid-life upgrade. Interiors of the Hyundai Creta 2024 Facelift leaked
Previously, there were many speculations that the Creta facelift would have a dual horizontal screen layout similar to the Seltos facelift. In the latest sighting, we can see that the dashboard design is similar to the current version. The digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen are separated, with one placed behind the steering wheel and the other placed in the center of the dashboard.
Although the image quality is not high, it has confirmed the presence of a fully digital instrument cluster, similar to the Seltos facelift, that is capable of displaying information related to the ADAS system.
Alongside the ADAS system and some updates on the interior materials, it seems that the car will have a new 2-spoke steering wheel. The climate control panel seems to have also been redesigned. Meanwhile, the infotainment screen is likely to retain its 10.2-inch size.
In terms of exterior design, the changes include a new front fascia inspired by the Palisade with vertical headlights and a horizontal LED daytime running strip. The new LED taillights are connected by a slim LED strip similar to the Venue model.
The Creta Facelift is expected to receive a new 1.5L petrol engine similar to the one in the new generation Verna, replacing the previous 1.4L petrol engine.
This new engine, combined with a 7-speed DCT transmission, delivers 160 horsepower and a maximum torque of 253 Nm, making the Hyundai Creta Facelift more powerful. In addition, the familiar 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine and the 1.5L CRDi diesel engine will continue to be maintained in the upgraded version.
