After about 2 months of its launch, Thaco has recently adjusted the selling prices for all three versions of the Peugeot 408 compact SUV model.

Specifically, the price of each version of the Peugeot 408 has been increased by an additional 20 million VND. The prices of the three versions, Peugeot 408 Allure, Premium, and GT, are 1.019 billion, 1.119 billion, and 1.269 billion dong, respectively.

The Peugeot 408 is positioned in the compact SUV segment. It has dimensions of 4,690 x 1,859 x 1,480 mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 2,787 mm. These dimensions make the Peugeot 408 slightly larger than its competitors, the Mazda CX-5 and Honda CR-V.

This model impresses with its coupe-like design, which is a harmonious combination of strong SUV elements and the elegance of traditional sedans.

With exceptional dimensions, such as an overall length of 4,687 mm and a long wheelbase of 2,787 mm, the new generation Peugeot 408 offers spacious interior space. The car features a 5-seat configuration with leather seats, along with a range of convenient features such as a 10-inch display behind the steering wheel and a center touchscreen display, interior ambient lighting, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto support, a 6-speaker audio system, and more.

Customers who purchase the top-of-the-line GT version will also receive a 10-inch center touchscreen display and a 9.6-inch touch screen for customizing features. The car is equipped with a full-LCD instrument cluster with 3D display technology, electrically adjustable Nappa leather seats with memory and massage functions, and a 10-speaker Focal sound system, among other features.

The Peugeot 408 in the Vietnamese market is powered by a 1.6L PureTech engine. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, the car can deliver a maximum power of 218 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque.
