The supercar-like power enables the high-performance electric Hyundai Ioniq 5 N to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. Not only that, the car comes equipped with many special features, providing drivers with an exciting driving experience.
After nearly six months since its launch, Hyundai Ioniq 5 N has officially arrived in the Southeast Asian market, with its first destination being Thailand. However, the company has stated that this model is only being showcased to gather customer feedback and has not yet been officially released in this country.
Ioniq 5 N is the high-performance version of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 electric crossover. Compared to the regular version, Ioniq 5 N has superior power with two electric motors placed at the front and rear axles, delivering a total output of 601 horsepower and can increase to 641 horsepower in Boost mode. Accompanying the powertrain is an 84 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, providing a driving range of 435 km according to WLTP testing cycle.
According to Hyundai’s announcement, the electric crossover has the ability to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 260 km/h. Similar to other N products of Hyundai, the appeal lies not only in the technical numbers, but also in enhancing the driving experience for users.
The exterior of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is refined to optimize aerodynamics. Compared to the standard version, Ioniq 5 N is wider by 50 mm, longer by 80 mm, and has a lower ground clearance by 20 mm. The front of the car stands out with a new air splitter, combined with a winglet to increase cooling performance. The rear of the car is supplemented with large-sized fins. The “feet” of the Ioniq 5 N are fitted with exclusive 21-inch alloys and high-performance Pirelli P Zero 275/35 tires.
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N has a similar interior to the regular version, but is supplemented with some function buttons for sports driving, a redesigned interface, sports seats, and a new steering wheel.
In the South Korean market, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N starts at 80.05 million won (about 1.5 billion VND).
