So here we are, in the early days of the new year, January 1st, 2024, and many readers have probably celebrated with their families and friends. Among them, car enthusiast Cuong “Dola” and his wife traveled to Ho Tram, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province to ring in the new year.
For this occasion, the couple chose two contrasting vehicles: a luxurious Range Rover, purchased by Cuong “Dola” in 2023, and a convertible sports car, the Ferrari SF90 Spider, acquired in 2022.
It is known that Cuong “Dola” and his wife traveled in a convertible Ferrari SF90 Spider, priced at nearly 55 billion VND. This is the most expensive car that Cuong “Dola” has ever bought during his 16 years of car collection. There are only two Ferrari SF90 Spider convertibles in Vietnam.
The Ferrari SF90 Spider owned by Cuong “Dola” features a striking blue exterior and interior. Inside the car, Mr. Dola requested a custom detail with the CT logo (short for Cuong – Trang, as well as the logo of their restaurant chain) instead of a decal, the logo is engraved on a badge along with the model name.
Compared to the previously imported four Ferrari SF90 Stradale cars, the Ferrari SF90 Spider owned by Cuong “Dola” has the advantage of a folding roof that only takes approximately 14 seconds to open or close. During the journey alongside the beach of Ho Tram, the car enthusiast opened the roof to enjoy the breeze.
The Ferrari SF90 Spider owned by Cuong “Dola” is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 engine, twin-turbocharged, along with three electric motors. This makes it the first plug-in hybrid convertible commercial Ferrari and currently the most powerful V8 engine Ferrari ever produced.
In addition to the 769 horsepower from the gasoline engine, Ferrari engineers have added 217 horsepower from the electric motors. With the hybrid powertrain, the Ferrari SF90 Spider has a maximum power output of 986 horsepower. With this incredible power, the Ferrari SF90 Spider sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
