Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will host a global launch event for the Creta facelift on January 16, 2024. In fact, the prototype of this model has been spotted several times during test runs, giving us a glimpse of the changes in both the exterior and interior.
In terms of the exterior, the Hyundai Creta 2024 facelift will adhere to the latest Sensuous Sportiness design language applied by other Hyundai models in India as well as international markets.

The exterior of the car takes inspiration from the latest Santa Fe model sold worldwide, as well as the Palisade and the diminutive Exter. The front has undergone comprehensive changes with new headlights and bonnet, a new grille and front bumper, while the LED daytime running lights are completely new as well.
In addition, you can also find newly designed alloy wheels, new connected LED taillights similar to the ones on the Venue, modified rear bumper, and refined rear trunk.
Photos captured by spy photographers show that the interior of the car has also received numerous upgrades, including a completely new digital instrument cluster borrowed from the Alcazar and a new two-spoke multifunction steering wheel similar to the Verna.
The car will have an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, BlueLink, automatic air conditioning, new seat upholstery, a 360-degree camera system, ADAS Level 2 system similar to the one on the Kia Seltos facelift, interior ambient lighting system, air purifier, 6 standard airbags, panoramic sunroof…
We are truly looking forward to the Hyundai Creta 2024 facelift having a reinforced chassis. In terms of the engine, the Creta Facelift is expected to receive a new 1.5L petrol engine similar to the one on the new Verna, replacing the previous 1.4L petrol engine.
This new engine combined with a 7-speed DCT gearbox delivers 160 horsepower and a maximum torque of 253 Nm, making the Hyundai Creta Facelift more powerful. In addition, the familiar naturally aspirated 1.5L petrol engine and the 1.5L CRDi diesel engine will continue to be retained in the upgraded version.
