In January 2024, Honda Vietnam continues to collaborate with its distribution network to launch a promotional program for its car models. Similar to the City, the Honda HR-V, Civic, and Accord models are also offered with reduced registration fees.
Specifically, the Honda HR-V, Civic, and Accord are all supported with a 50% reduction in registration fees, applied at a rate of 10%. In addition, the Honda Civic and Accord are also entitled to a free one-year body insurance.
The Honda HR-V in Vietnam currently has 3 versions: G, L, and RS, with corresponding prices of 699 million, 826 million, and 871 million VND. Therefore, customers who purchase this B-segment SUV in January 2024 can save an amount ranging from 35 to 52 million VND, depending on the version.
As for the Honda Civic, this model is priced between 730 and 870 million VND for the 3 versions. The amount that customers can save due to the 50% reduction in registration fees is from 36 to 52 million VND.
Meanwhile, the Honda Accord has a starting price of 1.319 billion VND. The reduction in registration fees for this model is equivalent to 66 million VND.
Regarding the Honda CR-V, the locally-assembled G and L versions are no longer eligible for the 50% reduction in registration fees provided by the government. However, the official promotion package from Honda Vietnam for the CR-V G and L remains unchanged from the previous month, including 1-year body insurance, 2-year extended warranty or 50,000 km (whichever comes first), and a 3-year or 30,000 km (whichever comes first) periodic maintenance package. The hybrid e:HEV RS version of the Honda CR-V does not have the official promotion program.
The promotional program of Honda Vietnam will be applied to customers who sign a car purchase contract and complete the 100% payment procedures from January 5 to January 31, 2024.

Official promotion program of Honda Vietnam in January 2024
As for the Honda BR-V, this MPV model has had its promotion cut in January 2024. In the previous months, the Honda BR-V had been supported with a 100% reduction in registration fees for the G version and a 50% reduction for the L version. This change may somewhat affect the sales performance of the Honda BR-V before the Lunar New Year.
