Haval H6 is a compact C-size SUV that was first introduced to the Vietnamese market in August 2023 with a starting price of 1,096 billion VND. In the early days of 2024, some cheaper versions of the Haval H6 suddenly appeared at dealerships in Vietnam.
According to the sharing of sales consultants at the dealership, these Haval H6 vehicles belong to the Pro version sold in the Thai market. However, the number of Haval H6 Pro vehicles brought to Vietnam is very limited and not widely available in the market.
The sales consultant at the dealership also quoted 799 million VND for the Haval H6 Pro. Compared to the previous version launched in Vietnam, the car is 297 million VND cheaper.

According to the technical specifications announced by the sales consultant, the Haval H6 Pro has some changes in terms of equipment compared to the premium version available in Vietnam. The most noticeable change is the alloy wheels. Specifically, the Haval H6 Pro only uses 18-inch wheels, while the higher version is equipped with 19-inch wheels.

In addition, the Haval H6 Pro is missing some features such as front LED fog lights, electric panoramic sunroof, trunk sensor, head-up display, 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat/lumbar support, and wireless phone charging. The interior of this cheaper version only comes in black, instead of the two-color scheme, while the infotainment screen size is reduced from 12.3 inches to 10.25 inches.

Some safety features such as intelligent collision avoidance system, emergency lane-keeping assist, automatic parking assist, rear collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, rear cross-traffic automatic collision avoidance braking, door-open collision warning, and smart parking assist are not equipped for the Haval H6 Pro. In addition, the car only has 2 front sensors and 4 rear sensors, while the premium version has 6 front sensors and 6 rear sensors.
Except for the above changes, the Haval H6 Pro still retains many features similar to the premium version such as automatic on/off LED headlights, automatic high/low beam adjustment, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, automatic wipers, synthetic leather seats, front seat cooling function, multifunction steering wheel, interior ambient lighting, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic air conditioning, and 8-speaker audio system.
The safety equipment of the Haval H6 Pro includes adaptive cruise control, 360-degree camera, front collision warning, tire pressure monitoring, emergency automatic braking, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, lane centering assist, lane change assist, blind-spot detection, and driver fatigue monitoring.
Under the hood of the Haval H6 Pro is still a hybrid powertrain, including a 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine and an electric motor, for a total output of 243 horsepower and a maximum torque of 530 Nm. This engine is paired with a DHT transmission and has an average fuel consumption of 18 km/liter (about 5.5 liters/100 km). In addition, the car has 4 driving modes: Normal, Sport, Economy, and Slippery.
Currently, the Haval H6 model in Vietnam is still being sold at a preferential price of 862 million VND, a reduction of 234 million VND compared to the listed price.
