On December 26, VinFast officially announced its third participation in the world’s largest consumer electronics exhibition CES, taking place from January 9 to January 12 (local time) in the US. Notably, the Vietnamese automaker revealed that it will introduce a new concept car and officially launch the e-SUV VF 3 mini, the DrgnFly electric bike, along with many car and technology experience activities.
CES is the largest and most influential technology event on the planet, a prestigious destination for breakthrough technologies and creators from around the world. Let’s admire the impressive display booth and images of VinFast cars “spreading” all over Las Vegas.
Information on the official website of CES 2024 states that VinFast’s booth is located at booth 6417 of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The booth will be open to the public from January 9th to 12th. Based on the first images revealed, the stage with the theme “Venture Beyond” has a very bright and youthful color tone, along with eye-catching box-shaped decorations. In one corner of the stage, the VF 9 E-SUV model appears for the first time in an impressive Spiderman costume.
According to information released by VinFast, the VF 9 model displayed at CES 2024 will be equipped with a new online entertainment service that allows visitors to experience it firsthand. From the stage images, we can see that this unique technology feature is RideVu – an online streaming service developed by Sony for in-car entertainment systems, allowing users to purchase or rent hundreds of movies and TV shows through the system. With this partnership, it is highly likely that VinFast owners in the US will be the first to use Sony’s latest service.
Currently, the latest concept car from VinFast has not been revealed, but based on the initial images teased by the company, many people predict that this “mysterious factor” is a pure electric pickup truck. This prediction has a basis as North America is the most potential market for electric pickup trucks and the Vietnamese electric carmaker has a reason to introduce a new model to the public at CES 2024.
The VF 3 mini e-SUV is also a highly anticipated name, officially launched globally by VinFast at CES 2024. Being a practical electric car with an expected affordable price, the VF 3 is expected to attract a lot of attention in the North American market and even become the “national car” for many countries.
At this exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to test drive VinFast electric cars, especially the “newcomer” DrgnFly electric bike. This line of bikes has been present at CES 2023 and exhibition events in Vietnam as a concept product. Currently, VinFast’s test drive area near Caesars Palace – the luxury capital in the “city that never sleeps” Las Vegas – is ready. Here, there are VF 8, VF 9 models, and the “flesh and bone” DrgnFly bikes.
DrgnFly has a unique design with a “playful” style, resembling BMX mountain bikes, combined with many modern features such as: LED front lights that can change the height of the lighting, front/rear disc brakes, adjustable front suspension with hardness/softness adjustment, display screen accompanied by a switch to customize power assist and electric mode.
The launch of the VF 3 and DrgnFly models continues to expand VinFast’s range of electric vehicles, making it more accessible for users to access environmentally friendly green cars.
In the picture, the VF 9 and VF 8 cars are “parading” on the central street of Las Vegas.
