A wealthy individual in Singapore caused a stir last year when they received a Christmas gift of a $1 million Koenigsegg Jesko supercar. However, it wasn’t until recently that the global media caught wind of this and reported on it extensively.
The reason why the Koenigsegg Jesko in Singapore drew attention is likely because it is believed to be the first car in Asia with right-hand drive. The color discovered on the Swedish million-dollar supercar that made its way to Singapore over two weeks ago is the eye-catching Mellow Yellow.
This is also the first Koenigsegg produced in this multi-layered paint scheme. But that’s not all, the Imperial Blue stripes you see in a few places on the car provide a beautiful contrast alongside the yellow on the outside. The brake calipers have also been sprayed in the same blue. Additionally, the Jesko Attack package has been deployed on the car, featuring numerous carbon details on the exterior.
The owner of the Koenigsegg Jesko in Singapore has also opted for the two Swedish flag colors right behind the front wheels on the sides of the car. Along with the interior of this car, which is executed in a combination of Desiato and Blueberry Alcantara leather, it looks very premium.
This is the 5th Koenigsegg that has been delivered to Singapore, and it’s worth noting that the owner of this million-dollar Koenigsegg Jesko has been a long-time customer of Koenigsegg, which suggests that they already own another Koenigsegg, possibly an Agera RS or an Agera S…
Earlier, a Vietnamese billionaire also expressed interest in purchasing a Koenigsegg Jesko, although it’s unclear what the truth of this matter is, only that he is a prominent millionaire who has made headlines for owning several expensive supercars, including a recent McLaren 765LT that was repossessed by a bank.
The Koenigsegg Jesko supercar only uses a 5.0-liter dual-turbocharged V8 gasoline engine, but it produces a maximum output of 1,603 horsepower when fueled with biofuel E85, and a maximum output of 1,281 horsepower when fueled with A98. The maximum torque of the Koenigsegg Jesko is 1,500 Newton meters.
All of the power from the Koenigsegg Jesko is transmitted to the new 9-speed Lightning Speed Transmission, allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds before reaching an astonishing top speed of 482 km/h on the open road.
