The China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has recently released an image revealing the unique design of the Changan Qiyuan E07.

The Changan Qiyuan E07 is a model based on the Changan Qiyuan CD701 concept. It is positioned as a pure electric SUV. However, by simply pressing a button, the E07 can transform into a pickup truck, with the cargo bed appearing and making it indistinguishable from a cargo vehicle.

The Changan Qiyuan E07 has dimensions of 5045 x 1996 x 1640 mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 3120 mm.

The Qiyuan E07 has a grand appearance with a sloping roofline and a thick roof. The exterior of the car is quite similar to the CD701 concept.

The front of the car stands out with a closed grille accompanied by C-shaped LED headlights. The taillights are circular in shape at the rear.

Both the front and rear of the car feature digital displays that show information such as the name of the car and battery information.

In terms of interior, the cabin of the Changan E07 is not equipped with a dashboard screen behind the steering wheel, but it is replaced with a HUD screen.

The car also has a large central control screen and an entertainment screen for the folding rear seats. The steering wheel is also designed in a new and different way from traditional steering wheels.

The Qiyuan E07 will be available with both single-engine and dual-engine versions equipped with lithium-ion batteries. The maximum power of the single engine is 337 horsepower, and it reaches a top speed of 201 km/h.

Meanwhile, the maximum power of the front and rear dual engines is 188 horsepower and 252 horsepower, respectively. The top speed is up to 210 km/h.

This hybrid pickup SUV is equipped with lidar and cameras. This means that the vehicle may be equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
