As part of the initiative to reduce carbon emissions, HVN and Lotteria have jointly launched a project to use 100 Benly e: electric motorcycles for delivery purposes at Lotteria stores nationwide.

During the ceremony on the morning of January 18, 2024, HVN officially handed over 100 Benly e: electric motorcycles for delivery on Lotteria’s nationwide system.

In addition to its optimized design for transporting goods and its compact size that is suitable for the traffic system in Vietnam, especially in urban areas, Benly e: also supports delivery staff in improving productivity and job quality. It is equipped with MPP2 – a removable battery model that Honda currently uses for electric motorcycles in Japan, China, and Thailand, providing better durability and a range of up to 72.8km.

Although the transition to clean energy still faces many challenges, electric motorcycles are considered to have high potential in meeting the requirements of the transportation and delivery service industry. The shift from gasoline-powered to electric motorcycles not only contributes to environmental protection by reducing emissions and air pollution but also receives many positive impacts in terms of economics and business operations.

HVN and Lotteria expect that this collaborative project will be one of the solid building blocks on the path to clean energy transition, joining hands with the government to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, protecting the environment, and building a sustainable future.
