Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) officially introduces the 2024 Rebel 500 with a new collection of colors, affirming its position as one of the most outstanding cruisers in the large displacement motorcycle market in Vietnam.

Rebel 500 was officially distributed in 2018, at that time, HVN brought a fresh and optimized choice for the cruiser community in the mid-range large displacement motorcycle segment. In over 5 years since its launch, Rebel 500 has become the perfect companion for male riders who are passionate about a masculine style in modern life, with a clever combination of minimalism, elegance, and the dynamic, sleek, and flexible nature of the 21st-century lifestyle. In the 2024 version, Rebel 500 will be refreshed with a collection of bold and powerful yet elegant colors.

New colors highlight a bold and powerful image

Simplicity and boldness are the essence of Rebel 500’s design – Timeless classic beauty combined with contemporary accents brings a truly distinctive essence compared to other models in the same segment.

Rebel 500 2024
is refreshed with three main colors: new Black, new Silver, and Matte Black maintained from the 2023 version, giving riders a sense of pride and the freedom to express their style in their adventures. The new Blue replaces the Red in the 2023 version, suitable for those who love the strong, mysterious beauty. With the new Silver version, the Silver replaces the Gray in the previous version, bringing youthful, sporty, and yet classy looks.

Rebel 500 attracts fans of large displacement motorcycles with its simplicity, compactness, and flexibility. The bike features a high fuel tank and handlebars, with a classic touch. In particular, the tube frame, low center of gravity, and gradually tapered shape towards the rear help the rider maintain an upright posture, comfortably stretch their legs on long journeys, but also extremely flexible for those who regularly commute on crowded city roads. The saddle height of 690 mm is suitable for the majority of Vietnamese people’s height.

Perfect engine, amenities for confident riders to control speed and conquer any challenge

Rebel 500 is equipped with a parallel twin DOHC 471cc engine, 8 valves, liquid-cooled. The engine generates a maximum power of 33.5 kW at 8,500 rpm and achieves maximum torque of 43.3 Nm at 6,000 rpm.

The improved PGM-FI fuel injection system delivers greater torque and achieves maximum torque at lower rpm, providing smooth operation and stable acceleration. The engine has a two-way slipper clutch system, which helps with smoother shifting. In addition to the single disc brake system on both the front and rear wheels, the ABS brakes are equipped to prevent wheel lock when the rider brakes sharply on slippery surfaces.

This 500cc cruiser has inverted front fork springs with 41mm tubes and dual spring struts in the rear wheel. The lightweight aluminum alloy rims, along with the 11.2-liter fuel tank, provide many conveniences for riders.

The minimalist round dashboard, compact size, negative LCD screen with gear display function, front lighting, turn signal lights, and rear lights still maintain the LED design from the previous generation.

Prepare yourself for unlimited happiness on highways as well as twists and turns, when Rebel 500 turns normal journeys into unforgettable adventures.

The new Rebel 500 is imported completely built-up from Thailand and officially sold in the market with a 2-year unlimited kilometer warranty policy starting from January 21, 2024, at Honda Big Bike Stores with a suggested retail price of 181,300,000 VND (including VAT).
