HVN has collaborated with the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province to carry out tree planting activities with a total area of 15.46 hectares at 2 locations in Ha Nam province: T1 road and the forest area in Thanh Liem district, with a total of 10,050 trees of various types.
During the ceremony on the morning of January 13, 2024, Mr. Koji Sugita – General Director of HVN, together with about 160 Honda employees, 120 representatives from departments and agencies of Ha Nam province, and a large number of local people, joined hands to plant about 2,900 trees (equivalent to 4.46 hectares) along T1 road.
Also on that morning, Ms. Do Thu Hoang – First Deputy General Director of Honda Vietnam Company, presented a commemorative plaque to the representatives of the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee at the forest area in Thanh Liem district, in recognition of the approximately 7,150 trees (equivalent to 11 hectares) that HVN has planted in this January 2024.
With the active participation of all parties and a strong determination to take action for the environment, HVN believes that this will be a precedent to further raise awareness of environmental protection among employees, local residents, and the community.

Toyota Vietnam joins hands for a Greener SEA Games

On December 16, 2023, Honda Vietnam (HVN) collaborated with the Vinh Phuc People’s Committee to organize the event “Together with Honda, preserving Vietnam’s green color”. This is one of HVN’s meaningful activities towards Carbon Neutrality by 2050, based on the shared goals of Honda Motor and the Vietnamese Government.
