On January 18, 2024, VinFast Auto Co., Ltd. (the Company) announced the total number of vehicles delivered in the fourth quarter and the full year of 2023. The Company delivered 13,513 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2023, a 35% increase compared to the previous quarter.
In total for the year, the Company delivered 34,855 electric vehicles, bringing the total number of vehicles delivered worldwide to 42,291 since the first delivery in 2021.
Ms. Tran Mai Hoa, Vice General Director of Sales and Marketing at VinFast, stated: “We have increased the number of vehicle deliveries in the fourth quarter compared to previous quarters. However, due to the slow adoption of electric vehicles in some regions amid the sluggish global economy, the actual number of vehicle deliveries has been affected.”
The Company also announced that they will release the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 before the market opens on February 22, 2024. On the same day, VinFast’s management will host a live webcast to discuss the Company’s strategy and business performance. Details of the call are provided below:
