Honda has recently unveiled the first images of the Civic facelift. At the same time, the company has also announced that it will introduce a fuel-efficient hybrid version for this mid-size sedan model.
In this upgrade, the Honda Civic has undergone significant changes in its exterior design.
The front end impresses with a larger grille, accompanied by vertically extended cooling vents. The hood has also been slightly refined to give the car a sportier and more dynamic look.
The sedan is equipped with 7-spoke wheels in two eye-catching colors. It is unclear whether the size of the wheels has been changed or not. At the rear, the taillights remain the same but are now covered in a new and impressive smoke color.
In this upgrade, Honda has also added a hybrid powertrain to its beloved car. This is considered the most valuable addition alongside the exterior refinements.
Honda also revealed that the new Civic will receive “improvements in terms of features”. The car is expected to be equipped with an updated infotainment system from the new Accord, among other things.
It is expected that the car will be launched in the summer of this year in the US, with an estimated price starting from $26,000 for the standard version and $35,000 for the highest trim.
