In the Vietnamese supercar community, the names Cuong “Dola” and Minh “Nhua” are highly regarded by the media. In 2024, many people have noticed the strong bond between the two most famous car enthusiasts in Vietnam, not only through their trips and charity work, but also in the realm of supercars.
Specifically, when Minh “Nhua” had his Pagani Huayra transferred to him, he immediately invited Cuong “Dola” to take a ride together. He even let his close friend drive the wind god supercar back to his house, and then both Minh “Nhua” and Cuong “Dola” went home together.
Furthermore, Minh “Nhua” revealed that Cuong “Dola” used to be his idol when he was a student, but now they have become close friends as we belong to each other. In the photo posted by Minh “Nhua” on social media, both of them are holding hands, with two expensive cars behind them: the Pagani Huayra and the limited-edition Porsche 911 Sport Classic.
Pagani Huayra is one of the most expensive cars to be brought to Vietnam. It was originally produced in limited quantities of 100 worldwide, each with a unique serial number. The exterior of Minh “Nhua’s” Pagani Huayra is a deep orange color.
Minh “Nhua” bought the million-dollar Pagani Huayra in 2015, and a year later, this blockbuster car made its appearance in the Vietnamese market. However, it wasn’t until 2 years later that the car received its license plate, 51G-697.55. Recently, Minh “Nhua” attracted attention by revealing that the Pagani Huayra now has a new owner with the license plate 51L-00405. Apparently, the reason for the new license plate is that Minh “Nhua’s” father transferred ownership to Mr. Pham Van Muoi. As a result, this expensive supercar has been in Mr. Muoi’s possession for the past 7 years.
With his father transferring the Pagani Huayra to him and covering the fees, Minh “Nhua” will undoubtedly keep this million-dollar masterpiece in his garage for some time. As for parking it next to the McLaren Elva, that’s not up for debate. However, it’s still a mystery because since its appearance in Vietnam, the British supercar has remained low-key, similar to how the McLaren Senna GTR, an impressive race car, was imported by a supercar enthusiast in Saigon.
The Pagani Huayra features a 6.0-liter V12 engine with twin-turbochargers produced by Mercedes-AMG. This “heart” allows the Pagani Huayra to generate a maximum power of 720 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and a peak torque of 1,000 Nm at a range of 2,250-4,500 rpm.
Combined with a 7-speed sequential gearbox with a single clutch, the “wind god” owned by Minh “Nhua” only takes about 2.8 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h before reaching a top speed of 370 km/h.
