Canadians are big fans of hockey and Hyundai hopes that enthusiasm will translate into increased sales for the 2024 Santa Fe. That’s because the Korean automaker has unveiled a special edition Santa Fe NHL just for Canada at the Montreal Auto Show.

Based on the Ultimate Calligraphy trim, the 2024 Santa Fe NHL Edition is finished exclusively in “Creamy White” matte paint with black 20-inch alloy wheels.

Additionally, this SUV comes with personalized Luxwood door sills, WeatherTech mats, and a cargo liner to protect against the salt and snow of Canadian winters. Customers can have their favorite hockey team’s logo printed on the floor mat as well.

Similar to the Ultimate Calligraphy trim, the Santa Fe NHL Edition will be equipped with optional dual wireless charging pads, USB-C ports, and a UV-C sterilization compartment to clean items like phones, wallets, and glasses. The vehicle also features a 12-speaker Bose audio system and Pecan brown interior.

Powering the Santa Fe NHL Edition is a standard hybrid powertrain based on a 1.6L turbocharged engine, producing a maximum output of 232 horsepower and 367 Nm of torque. This is a notable difference from other Ultimate Calligraphy trims of the Santa Fe, which are equipped with a 2.5L turbocharged engine, delivering 277 horsepower and 422 Nm of torque.
