Ford’s Personalized Vehicle Center in Thailand is operated in partnership with Ford Australia and RMA Automotive, located near the port for vehicle production in Thailand and destined for Australia. Initially, RMA Automotive focuses on equipping the new Ranger models with genuine accessories licensed by Ford that were previously only available at dealerships, aiming to reduce the waiting time for Australia’s best-selling new vehicle.

Four initial accessories will be supplied through the VPC, including a fixed mobile lid and a manual opening lid. The 3-door canopy will operate on all dual cabin Ranger models except for the Platinum and Raptor variants. All accessories will be covered by a 5-year warranty, with no distance or time limits, and installation will be completed within 2 days from when the vehicle leaves the factory.

“We know Australians love pickup trucks, and we’ve developed the most comprehensive accessory portfolio to date straight from the factory, expanding the versatility of the Ranger for customers and allowing them to use their vehicles for work or play with family and friends,” said Michael Karageorgiou, Ford International Markets’ Personalization Manager. “The new VPC is the next step in bringing our customers the customized vehicles they want, right away.”
