Rolls-Royce brand ambassador reveals Mr. Trinh Van Quyet’s effortless 10 billion-dong “cash splash” in Vietnam.

The former chairman of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Vietnam has revealed the creation of six editions of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Dong Son, numbered from 1 to 6. Each edition will have a price difference of 2 billion VND, so when Mr. Quyet chooses edition number 1, he will have to pay an additional 10 billion VND.

The story of the super luxury car Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire, once owned by the billionaire Trinh Van Quyet, seemed to have calmed down when a luxury car dealership in Hanoi bought it back at an undisclosed price. However, to this day, this unique car in the world continues to receive a lot of attention and buzz from the online community.

The reason is that the person who persuaded Trinh Van Quyet to buy the Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire revealed how he easily convinced the billionaire to make the purchase. Specifically, Mr. D.H.M., former chairman of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vietnam, shared that after a failed attempt to advise Trinh Van Quyet on the regular Rolls-Royce Phantom, he studied the market and came up with a new solution.

That is to create a special edition called Dong Son: “I made a design for a ‘Dong Son Collection’ book, introducing Dong Son culture in Thanh Hoa (also the location where FLC has its first large-scale project). In that book, I wrote explanations for why it is Sacred Fire, why it is Phu Sa, why it is Mother Au Co,… in general, it’s extremely appealing.” “Then I made the price list for the cars. Car number 6 is cheaper than car number 5, car number 5 is cheaper than car number 4, each car is 2 billion more expensive than the previous one. And the price difference between car number 6 and car number 1 is 10 billion.” The person who brought the Rolls-Royce brand to Vietnam revealed.

So it can be seen that the differences between car number 6 and car number 1 are not many, but the customer, specifically Trinh Van Quyet, still wants to be the pioneer, so he chose car number 1, and of course, this choice made the billionaire spend an additional 10 billion VND. It shows that “When we buy ‘Limited Edition’ products, let’s not be too proud. The sellers want to sell their products and they are selling happiness to us, they want to make as much as possible”, concluded Mr. Minh.

Developed based on a Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II supercar, but Trinh Van Quyet’s Phantom Sacred Fire still has its own unique highlight on the exterior, making people look at it and know that it is the most unique car in the world. It is the detail of the Dong Son bronze drum pattern along with the image of 18 swans, symbolizing the 18 generations of Kings Hung in Vietnam. In the process of brainstorming, the image of the Lac bird was edited to rotate clockwise instead of counterclockwise as seen on the original Dong Son bronze drum. This detail was hand-drawn by the craftsmen of Rolls-Royce.

In addition, the exterior highlight of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire also includes a dual-tone paint job with Madeira red and the upper half finished in Sunrise gold tone. This color is characteristic of some previously personalized Rolls-Royce Phantom cars. Finally, the Spirit of Ecstasy logo is coated with a striking gold finish.

Entering the driver’s compartment, the hand-painted image of 18 swans appears on the side of the door, and the bronze drum or the dancing figure is also present in the interior of Trinh Van Quyet’s one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire in the world. Lastly, there is the starry headliner that only appears in the rear seat area, where the owner of the car can look up and admire every day, whether it is day or night, and the Dong Son logo on the door sill or dashboard, in front of the passenger seat, serves as a reminder that this is the Sacred Fire Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The next option that Trinh Van Quyet chose for the driver’s compartment of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire is a privacy partition between the driver and the owner, made of glass, which feels very satisfactory and is similar to the VIP driver’s compartment of the Maybach 62S that he owned. Therefore, the Chairman of FLC requested Rolls-Royce to include this detail in the Rolls-Royce Phantom Sacred Fire.
