Vespa 946 Dragon is expected to be brought to Vietnam after Lunar New Year 2024, which falls on the year of the Horse.
Recently, Piaggio Group has officially launched a special edition of the Vespa 946 scooter in Hong Kong. The Vespa 946 Dragon, which is made with love and care, has been displayed at the PMQ Design and Art Center. The event gathered many famous artists from across Asia and influential figures in the fashion and lifestyle industry. Representing Vietnam at this event is Fabo Nguyen, who is an influential figure in the fashion industry and also an avid Vespa lover.
At the exhibition, the Vespa 946 Dragon is displayed in a street-style container. Inspired by the image of the Dragon – the mythical creature of the East for the year 2024, the Vespa 946 Dragon stands out even more under the neon lights.
The first impressive feature of the Vespa 946 Dragon is its luxurious and elegant gold-colored exterior with contrasting emerald green dragon patterns. This unique exterior design, entirely handcrafted in Italy, extends from the front to the tail of the scooter.
The Vespa 946 Dragon still uses a 4-stroke engine from the 3V ie. family, instead of the newer iGet engine. The engine can have a displacement of either 125cc or 150cc, depending on the market. In addition, the Vespa 946 Dragon stands out from other small-frame Vespa models with its inclusion of 2-channel ABS and traction control system.
In addition, Piaggio Group also introduced the exclusive Dragon Varsity jacket, which features the same emerald green dragon pattern. The jacket is made of woven wool material with nappa leather sleeves. The Vespa 946 Dragon collection also includes other Giap Thin-themed accessories such as helmets, rear-mounted storage bags, and more.
The limited edition Vespa 946 Dragon, with a total of 1,888 units, is expected to arrive in the Vietnamese market in early April 2024.
