Introducing the New Dealership Standards

Since its establishment and official operation of car production and business in Vietnam in 2006, Honda Vietnam has always prioritized the enhancement of sales quality and after-sales service through its extensive nationwide network of Honda Car Dealerships, as well as its commitment to providing high-quality global car products.

To bring a fresh, unique, and professional image of Honda to its customers, the company is officially implementing the new Brand Identity based on the new Dealership Standards. By applying these new design and operation standards to all newly opened dealerships from 2022 onwards, Honda Vietnam aims to create an engaging destination for its customers.

The new Dealership Standards have been developed based on global Honda standards and tailored to the Vietnamese market. These standards will provide customers with a comprehensive and convenient experience.

The first focus of the new standards is to enhance the visibility and customer experience. The exterior design has been revamped, with a greater emphasis on providing customers with an enhanced visual experience. This includes a larger frontage and the use of glass materials as the main feature, creating a spacious, clean, and high-quality viewing environment. Additionally, the dealership buildings have been relocated closer to the main road, featuring higher glass front walls to create a sense of closeness and an open, high-quality space that allows customers to easily observe and interact with the products.

The standards also aim to create an open, comfortable, luxurious, and sophisticated environment. The interior design continues to prioritize the customer, focusing on providing a “Friendly – Open – Comfortable” space. The dominant use of wood as the main material creates a warm, familiar, and elegant atmosphere. Walls separating the exhibition area and the service waiting area have been removed to create a continuous and seamless space, enabling employees to have a panoramic view of the dealership for timely customer support while allowing customers to easily navigate the dealership and gain information about the products. The seating area is spacious, furnished with high-quality furniture, and arranged at appropriate distances to ensure privacy and enable customers to feel relaxed and comfortable during their time at the dealership.

By implementing these new standards, Honda Vietnam aims to provide superior benefits to customers at Honda Car Dealerships. Currently, the new Dealership standards have been applied to two Honda Car Dealerships: Da Nang – Cam Le and Nghe An – Song Lam. Moreover, Honda Vietnam plans to upgrade existing dealerships and open additional new dealerships in accordance with these standards starting from 2022.
